The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to work effectively in a factory environment. Duties Operate and monitor machinery, including lathes and logic controllers, to produce high-quality products. Assemble components according to specifications using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and resolve any issues that arise. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred. Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and hand tools is essential. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Knowledge of materials handling practices within a factory setting is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
