We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Racker. This role involves working on the plating line, learning additional racking skills, and assisting other Rackers on shift. Our production is quota-driven, with the expectation that yields will be maintained at established levels. Remove objects from solutions at periodic intervals and observe objects to verify conformance to specifications. Load and unload parts for plating. Position and feed materials into processing machines, either by hand or using automated equipment. Clean and maintain equipment and work area. Maintain production records. Observe gauges to ensure that equipment is operating properly and notify maintenance when problems occur. Qualifications High school diploma, trade or technical school certification, or equivalent. 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong mechanical skills. Familiarity with basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, saws, etc.). Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
