Machine operator experience is preferred but not required, as we provide extensive training. We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, Mon – Thursday 1:30pm – 11:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency Load and unload equipment and materials Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant Log and record readings for equipment and procedures ​

Qualifications:

Familiarity working with tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to handle physical workload Ability to stand for long periods of time Able to tolerate seasonally high temperatures for a limited exposure Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team Benefits Medical and Dental insurance 401k plan with 4% match Paid vacation and sick time
