The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties Operate and monitor machinery including lathes, stamping presses, and other equipment as needed. Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precision in production. Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist with programming tasks, including CAM programming and SolidWorks applications when necessary. Experience Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with lathe operation and hand tools is essential. Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations during production processes. Experience with programming machinery or using SolidWorks is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in machine operation is highly valued.
