Position Overview:

We are hiring full-time Machine Operators for 2nd shift (3 p.m.

• 11 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11 p.m.
• 7 a.

m.) to support our Dye House operations. Dye Machine Operators are vital to our production process, ensuring that our specialized synthetic fabrics meet strict customer specifications for quality and color. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate dyeing machinery and follow established processes to ensure consistent quality Collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals Monitor production procedures and adjust settings as needed for optimal results

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent eye for color and keen attention to detail Physical strength and stamina, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
