We’re seeking motivatedindividuals to join our team as HVAC and Retrofit Helpers. No priorexperience is necessary

• we will provide the training you need tosucceed. As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experiencedprofessionals, assisting in various construction tasks and learningvaluable skills on the job. This is an excellent opportunity togain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding field. Duties
• Assist skilled workers in their daily tasks.
• Load and unloadmaterials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
• Clean andprepare construction sites by removing debris, garbage andpotential hazards.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery undersupervision.
• Perform general maintenance of constructionequipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe workingenvironment.
• Learn and adopt construction techniques throughon-the-job training. Qualifications
• No prior constructionexperience required; training will be provided.
• High schooldiploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to followinstructions and work effectively within a team.
• Physical staminaand the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to workoutdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and apositive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment tosafety.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
• Reliabletransportation to and from the job site.
