    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dedicated Assemblers to support production operations in the aviation industry.

You’ll play a hands-on role in creating the structural and mechanicalponents of cutting-edge aircraft, working in a dynamic, high-tech environment that demands precision, focus, and teamwork. Your craftsmanship ensures the integrity and safety of each aircraft—your work truly takes flight.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) andor Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembler, you’ll be responsible for routine production assembly tasks on aircraft structural and mechanical systems.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assembling structural and mechanical parts, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual and power tools.
Performing close-tolerance drilling, fastening, and installation in critical areas.
Working with advanced materials such as CFRP, aluminum, and titanium for drilling, trimming, sanding, and shimming.
Using calibrated precision measuring tools to validate quality and tolerances.
Setting up and verifying jigs and tooling for accurate assembly.
Following detailed work instructions, blues, and engineering specifications.
Maintaining regular and predictable attendance to meet production schedules.
Technical Skills You’ll Use Daily
Operation of structural assembly tools such as high-speed and low-speed drills, pneumatic and electric drills, nut runners, and Quackenbush.
Jig and tooling setup and validation.
Close-tolerance precision drilling and fastener installation.
Use of precision measurement instruments.
Working with advancedposite and metallic materials.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required Qualifications:

6+ months experience in an advanced manufacturing, mechanical, or technical field.
Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively.
6+ months experience interpreting blues, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions in English.
Basicputer skills, including Microsoft Suite and internet navigation.
Experience in structural parts fabrication and assembly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in aerospace assembly or manufacturing.
Familiarity with high-precision tools and high-tolerance measurements.
Understanding of aircraft safety standards andpliance protocols.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to work with high-hazard chemicals as needed.

Pay Details:

$26.82 to $32.62 per hour
