This full-time, hands-on role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in hospitality, property management, or guest services. Management Condo Rental Program (4 units) Golf Cart Fleet Rental Provide thorough and thoughtful guest experience Marketing and Sales Recruit and market to outside clientele Drive repeat business through positive experience Create targeted marketing campaign Housekeeping Clean and reset 4 guest rental suites Order stock supplies for guest rental suites Light maintenance and repairs Report any issues and support general facility upkeep

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license Able to pass a drug screening and background check Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Marketing/Business or 3+ years applicable experience This position requires someone based in the Charleston area due to the daily ferry commute Starting salary of $50,000 per year, plus commission opportunities.
