Schedule:
1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday-Friday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)
Compensation:
$19.50 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential)
The Role:
The Router Operator is responsible for the routing and high pot testing material as required by the customer. This operator is also responsible for assisting with the inspection and stamping of laminates after the fabrication process. Top Responsibilities Set up and operate the hold down fixture, router, and hot pot tester Completion of the data collection spreadsheet for each order. Reviewing and understanding the AQL process for material and work orders. Full inspection of the laminate and stack. Disposition materials with correct defect codes as specified. Maintain inspection tools and verify calibration requirements. Assist other operators to ensure timely shipment of product. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Previous Inspection experience preferred Previous Machine Operating experience preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 12hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds
