Machine Operator Details:
Temporary position
$18.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)
This position is a 3 month assignment with the possibility of being longer for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support experienced Level 2 and 3 Coating Operators with setup and material prep
Load material rolls onto feed spindles and feed through coating machinery
Monitor, adjust, and maintain coating line for optimal performance
Ensure coating head is properly filled with solution and material is processed smoothly
Report material defects or irregularities to maintain quality standards
Perform basic preventative maintenance (PMs) and help keep machines running at peak performance
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Machine Operator Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in machine operation or a manufacturing setting preferred
A team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift (50-100 lbs with or without assistance)
Willingness to learn and grow with on-the-job training and guidance
HS Diploma or GED required
