The Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for operating grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools.
Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of production equipment and tooling. Operate grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools.
Prepare components for painting, including cleaning and masking
Size, blend, and measure various components using a wide range of equipment/tools.
Will have ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and productivity in position of responsibilities. Must be a flexible team player and participate with problem solving and continuous improvements. Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of mechanical/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment using electrical, pneumatic, and manual hand tools High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Successfully pass a manufacturing assessment
18 years of age or older Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
Willingness to work in a tobacco-free environment Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work 3rd shift (11PM – 7AM), with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay Rate:

The pay for this position is $ 21.292 – 22.455. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close on May 19th, 2025.
