Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Conway, SC to find Operator Repair candidates to join their team! This is an entry level job working 12 hour rotating shifts! If you have reliable attendance, can follow direction and handle repetitive movement then this is the place for you! now if you meet the qualifications below!
Responsibilities for this job include:

• Use computer system to enter and verify batch composition (i.e. alloy)
• Monitor, take samples, and fine-tune melt chemistry
• Raking and cleanup of scrap and other ribbon from floors, machinery, and other work areas.
  To start, this job will involve mostly raking. Repetitive movement and bending.
• Cleaning of work areas as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for this job include:
High School Diploma or GED
Able and willing to wear proper safety attire
Ability to read and understand measurements and directions
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Able to work in a warm and hot environment, especially during summer months
Must be clean shaven at all times
Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays per rotating schedule

• Shifts run 7a-7p, and 7p-7a
• Rotation schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on 3 days off on one shift (7a-7pm or 7p-7a) for 2 weeks, then the same on the opposing shift.
• Overtime pay after 40 hours/week.

Pay Details:

$15.00 per hour
