Full Time Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner. You’ll help ensure that all containers are filled, sealed, and labeled accurately according to company and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate packaging machines in accordance with established procedures. Fill, secure, and label containers based on customer specifications and packaging invoices. Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Maintain production efficiency by ensuring accurate, timely output. Conduct quality checks to verify packaged goods against specifications. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Work under immediate supervision with guidance from a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 0–3 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related field. Familiarity with commonly used concepts and procedures in a production environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude and ability to make minor repairs or adjustments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Information:

This position may involve standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive motions. Safety gear (PPE) must be worn as required. Selected candidates must be reliable and punctual. 9849892
