What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree in a skilled trade preferred
5+ years of experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and welders
Millwright or electrician certification preferred
Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
Physically able to bend, stoop, grip, reach, lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for full shifts
What You’ll Do as a

Machine Operator:

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start production cycles
Control and adjust machine settings such as speed
Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
Inspect parts using precision tools
Test machine operations periodically
Troubleshoot and fix issues during shifts
Identify and report machine-related defects or errors
Maintain logs of production activity and unit quality
Perform additional tasks as assigned
