What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for long periods Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and math skills, including understanding ratios Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed What You’ll Do as a

Machine Loader:

Operate and monitor CNC and manual machines (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses) Load/unload materials and finished products Perform basic measurements and visual inspections Pack finished goods into proper containers Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards) Use pallet jacks or carts to move materials Follow company policies and procedures Support other departments as required
