Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for hourly production team member positions in our Columbia, South Carolina manufacturing facility. As an hourly production team member, you will need to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

Job Description :

Packing Operators are responsible for understanding the packaging requirements of each roving variety, can make corresponding judgments on different specifications of products, and can handle the general quality problems in the packaging process. What You Will Do Prepare the packaging equipment and packaging materials according to the planning requirements of the process sheet. Weighing and packaging the chopped strands according to chopped strands specifications. Identify and solve problems in fabrication process without compromising quality of product. Read and follow standard work directions on the production line. Work in a team environment embedded in lean manufacturing methodology. Drive plant performance through Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics. What You Need to Succeed Must be 18 years of age and have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to work any shift Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including weekends and holidays

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts 6:30 – 7:00 (2/2/3 rotating Day/Night every 4-Weeks)

Compensation :

Starting at $15.75 then $16.25 after 90-Days +
