compensation: $30 to $40 an hour depending on experience We are currently seeking a skilled handyman to join our team. Must have 3+ years of maintenance and/or repair work such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint and general handyman duties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems
- Perform carpentry and painting tasks
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
