We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with press brake operations. You’ll help load materials, support machine setup, and ensure quality parts are produced safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a skilled machine operator. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings a work ethic and positive attitude.

salary:

  education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Job Responsibilities
• Machine Operator Helper (Press Brake): Assist the Press Brake Operator with machine setup and changeovers Load and unload materials into the press brake machine safely and efficiently Support proper alignment and positioning of metal pieces during bending/forming Monitor machine operation and assist in detecting malfunctions or quality issues Perform routine measurements using calipers, tape measures, or gauges to ensure accuracy Remove finished parts and stack, label, or move them as required Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate with team members to support production flow and quality standards Learn and grow into operating the press brake independently over time The essential functions of this role include:
  working in a smoke free environment
  wearing steel toe shoes
  manual lifting up to 50lbs
