Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a

BATCHING OPERATOR

in Inman. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment safely and efficiently as trained. Measure raw material to create batch Clean and assemble equipment for use following guidelines. Cover for absent team members when needed. Work overtime to meet production targets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Actively support team efforts without prompting. Skills & Knowledge 1 year of batch making experience required Read and follow instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively. Willingness to learn and operate various equipment/processes. Reliable transportation and strong attendance. Prior production experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; experience with grinding, extrusion, or weighing/batching is a plus. Ability to operate a forklift safely. Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent manufacturing experience. Physical/Mental Requirements Stand, bend, and twist for extended periods. Stay alert and detail-oriented with a focus on safety. Comfortable working in dusty or odorous environments.
