We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Cutter Operator for one or more of the following machines: 18-Cutter, Bindery, Stitcher and Folder. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This role will handle small format products that require bindery work before they are packed and shipped to the client.

Shifts available:

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday- Wednesday OR Thursday to Saturday. (Three 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule every 4 months.) A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have: a high school diploma or GED
a two-year Technical or Trade School diploma
three years’ experience as a bindery operator, cutter, folder or booklet maker
worked in a manufacturing environment for 2-5 years
worked in a fast-paced mid-size company
the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis On top of that you must:
possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
pay close attention to details on every project
be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards
be flexible to change
