Machine Setup/Operator – $20/hr – 4-5
Days/WeekSummary:
We’relooking for a reliable Machine Setup/Operator to run machineryproducing boards and mouldings. Safety is our top priority – werequire strict adherence to safety procedures and use of allrequired PPE.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintainproduction machinery.
Adjust settings for speed, cutting depth, andfeed rate.
Inspect and measure materials to meet qualitystandards.
Identify and remove defects, nails, and foreignobjects.
Perform routine machine maintenance including greasing andknife changes.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Follow propershutdown and safety procedures daily.
Requirements:
High Schooldiploma or equivalent.
Machine operation and lumber gradingexperience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Abilityto be on feet for 95% of shift, lifting 50lbs continuouslyStrongattention to safety, detail, and teamwork.
Ability to read andfollow written and verbal instructions.
Work Schedule & Pay:
$20 perhourWork 4-5 days per week
Work Environment:
Loud, fast-paced,indoor/outdoor manufacturing setting.
PPE required: safety glasses,ear plugs, steel-toed boots, safety vest, hard hat.
