PM Pay:
$20.00-$22.00/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring a Saw Operator for a well-established steel manufacturing company right here in Rock Hill. This company specializes in forging high-quality forks using advanced metallurgical processes—and they’re looking to grow their team with someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating saw machines to cut steel products to exact specifications. Measuring materials accurately based on customer requirements. Reading and interpreting blueprints. Using overhead cranes to move heavy materials safely. Performing general labor tasks as needed, including burning steel plates with a cutting torch.
This Position Would Be Great For Someone Who:
Has a strong background in machine operation (though we’re open to training the right person). Is mechanically inclined and comfortable working around heavy equipment. Works well independently but also contributes to a team. Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Is dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Saw Operator is a plus, but not required. Previous experience in steel manufacturing is a big bonus. Comfortable with overhead crane operation and blueprint reading. Willingness to learn and take direction.
