In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of setting up, maintaining, and operating production machinery. You’ll also need to be a team player, as close collaboration with your co-workers is critical to ensuring smooth production procedures and maximizing efficiency and profits. As a contract/probationary employee, you’ll have the opportunity to earn pay increases and benefits when you’re considered for full-time employment after completing your probationary period. This is a second-shift position (5pm-5am) with a competitive starting wage of $19/hr and guaranteed overtime. To be considered for this position, you must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and a high school diploma or GED is not necessary.
