Floor Assembly Operator Specific Requirements:

Shift for this role is 6:30 am – 5 pm. Mon – Thu, some Fridays may be required. Responsibilities Performs semi-complex work within the area of specialization. Applies documented rules, past practices, or instructions on a semi-independent level Assists in resolving routine manufacturing -related problems affecting daily operations. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.

Advanced skills:

soldering , testing, rework

LI-RAW Education:

HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

Knowledge and Experience:

Demonstrates basic knowledge of a specialty area. 3-5 years of successful experience in the area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
