Thermoforming Machine Operator :
Setting up and tending vacuum forming machines to heat and shape plastic materials into products Programming machine controls to adjust temperature, pressure, and time cycles Loading material into the vacuum frame and removing and stacking the formed products Inspecting products for defects such as marks, spots, or blurs, and checking thickness Performing post-trimming procedures using tools like band saws, drill presses, hand routers, table saws, or panel saws Maintaining accurate part counts, labeling, and keeping parts clean Operating pallet jacks and potentially fork trucks Maintains molds and the storage and labeling of them Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for
