What You’ll Do:

Assist in operating bindery equipment like folders, cutters, stitchers, and die-cutters. Read and follow job production tickets and standard operating procedures. Inspect jobs for quality and troubleshoot equipment as needed. Communicate with team members to meet production goals. Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance safety. Maintain productivity and report time and materials accurately. Perform machine startup, shutdown, and routine maintenance. Support other plant operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED. Mechanical aptitude and proven experience in bindery or finishing. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
