Digital Print Machine Operator Summary:

Ensure products meet customer specifications by cutting, inspecting, stamping, and finishing products to the highest quality standard. Operate digital finishing machines such as die-cutters, laminators, rewinders and more according to job specifications and safety protocols. Set up and calibrate machines for each job, ensuring accurate alignment, cut settings, and finishing details. Load materials and monitor the process to ensure uninterrupted operation. Inspect finished product for accuracy, color, shape, size and overall quality ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Identify and correct defects such as misalignments or inconsistencies in cutting or printing. Hit or exceed all required KPIS such as percentage of jobs completed on time without errors, quality standards are met or exceeded, reduction in material and downtime and machine uptime and maintenance compliance. Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of machines to ensure optimal operation and performance. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues to the maintenance team as needed. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize equipment performance. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday Overtime may be required during peak production periods

Digital Print Machine Operator Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED; Technical training in printing or finishing is a plus. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a printing or manufacturing environment, preferably in digital label finishing. Must have basic computer skills to input settings and navigate job instructions. Must be able to stand for a majority of shift and lift up to 50lbs. Why Peoplelink?
