Plating Operator Level 1 HR Generalist 453 Allied Drive, Nashville, TN 37211
Essential Job Duties:
Nickel Component Creation Clean, prepare, and passivate components for electroplating Learn and understand operation of electroplating programs Handle metal and chemical components with care Inspect and monitor nickel components for quality standards Equipment Maintenance Perform routine checks to ensure proper tank chemistry Make chemical adjustments to plating tanks as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Team Communication Work with team lead to maximize efficiency and adapt to the needs of the production floor Proactively inform supervisor or lead of any department needs or problems Maintain accurate information logs for parts produced Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
