Job Descriptions:

Responsible for setting up all tape machine, label machines, box machine and daters on the line, setting up over wrap machine. Responsible for packing master cases at line speed before pushing through tape machine. Maintain the operation of machines during production. Perform necessary maintenance / Preventive Maintenance on equipment. Ability to recognize product that may not meet standards. Preform daily paperwork. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Must be able to follow production schedule and Plant Manufacturing Instructions Be able to adhere to Standardized Work Practices. Perform various other tasks assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Manager. Be willing and able to communicate effectively with company employees at all levels of management.

Requirements:

Must have basic math skills. Must be able to lift/carry up to 49 pounds. Must be able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. Must be able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit for minimum of 8 hours. Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location. This position does not accept rehires Must have 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 Months of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agricultural or production experience.
