SummaryA Material Handler will set up, operate, and maintain extrusion machinery to produce various products, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards and product specifications.
Duties Include but

Operate and monitor extrusion equipment, adjusting settings to achieve desired product specificationsPrepare machinery for use, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor issuesInspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, using visual inspection and/or measuring toolsMaintain records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activitiesLoad/unload materials, and remove finished products from machineAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresIdentify and address production issues or machine malfunctionsCollaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flowFollow and maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
Assisting in other tasks as needed such as cleaning, packing, and shippingLifting up to 50lbs throughout shift
