What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate Machinery:
Safely and efficiently operate manufacturing machines, ensuring production targets are met.
Monitor & Inspect:
Regularly check machines for proper operation and perform basic maintenance.
Material Handling:
Load raw materials into machines and handle finished products.
Quality Control:
Ensure products meet quality standards and document any issues.
Team Collaboration:
Work with your team to maintain smooth production and resolve any challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
1+ year of experience in machine operation or a related manufacturing role (preferred but not required).
Skills:
Ability to learn and operate different types of machinery and maintain attention to detail.
Safety-Minded:
A strong commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
Team Spirit:
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

$16.50 – $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
