What You’ll Do:
Operate and monitor extrusion lines with a focus on mechanical efficiency and quality output Perform mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and product dial-ins Conduct in-process inspections and occasional final inspections Perform equipment breakdown, cleaning, and maintenance tasks Maintain accurate documentation and quality records Work closely with engineers to enhance processes, materials, and mechanical systems Handle and work with hot surfaces and materials safely Lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High School Diploma or Equivalent Required ✅ Strong mechanical aptitude•hands-on experience with machines, tools, or mechanical systems preferred ✅ Previous plastic extrusion experience a plus ✅ Ability to read technical drawings and specifications with attention to detail ✅ Mid-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment (with or without restrictions) ✅ Comfortable working around hot surfaces and materials ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for mechanical efficiency If you enjoy working with machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring quality production, this is the role for you!
