• Job Description
• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 2nd Shift Saw Operator to join our team.

This position involves working from 3pm to 12am Monday through Friday, with initial training on a flexible shift, likely from 11am to 7:30pm. The Saw Operator will oversee the entire process of completing work orders, from interpreting customer color codes to operating saw equipment and placing finished parts in the warehouse.

• Responsibilities
• + Interpret customer color codes and set up saws accordingly. + Read and utilize tape measures and other measuring instruments accurately to 1/16″. + Operate saw equipment efficiently and safely. + Pull parts from the warehouse and place finished parts back into the warehouse. + Work with blueprints, shears, and various tools. + Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Essential Skills
• + Ability to interpret tape measures and measuring instruments to 1/16″. + Experience working in a machine shop or steel environment. + Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills. + Experience with saw operation, bandsaw, and forklift operation.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Manufacturing experience. + Warehouse experience preferred. + Ability to operate lift equipment such as forklifts and cranes.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
