Daily Responsibilities:
Utility Operator:
Accurately package PVC Compounds Adhere to labeling instructions Manage quality checks Operate forklifts and measuring scales effectively
Unit Operator:
Utilize mixers and pelletizing systems proficiently Record ongoing production information Perform duties similar to
Utility Operators Blender Loader:
Load and cleanse ribbon blender appliances Ensure ingredient measurement accuracy Facilitate sample transfer to the lab
Console Operator:
Cover Blender Loader responsibilities Scrutinize and adhere to production timelines Mix bulk oil and resin components
Compounder:
Follow through with Blender Loader functions Regularly weigh and label fine ingredients This is a challenging but rewarding role that presents significant progression opportunities.
