The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate parts accurately. Utilize Fanuc logic controllers for machine operation and troubleshooting. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Monitor the assembly line for quality control, making adjustments as necessary. Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring they meet shipping requirements. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred, with a focus on machine operation. Familiarity with CAD software is a plus for design and fabrication tasks. Strong understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols. Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation effectively. Experience with assembly line operations is advantageous. A background in operating CNC machines or similar equipment is highly desirable.
