Process Technician Position Available In Knox, Tennessee

Now Hiring for Process Technician! Machine Set-Up Technician Monday through Friday, some Saturday OT 2nd Shift 2:30pm-1:00am, $21.63/HR Under general supervision with minimal to no assistance, set-up machines, maintain, troubleshoot, train and assist in the production of bellows to meet production and quality requirements in a safe manner. Experience with machine set-ups using different dies and tooling will be required.

Essential Duties:

Interpret verbal and written instructions on drawings and or procedures and apply as they relate to manufacturing a bellow. Responsible for set up and production and the quality of the parts being produced from that set up Must be able to proficiently disassemble, set up, adjust and changeover equipment for production necessary to insure safety, quality and on time delivery assist and or perform minor tool maintenance and repair to include proper storage and handling assist and or perform minor machine maintenance and repairs as needed Working Knowledge of the

Following Required:

1. Wrenches and other hand tools 2. Precision measuring instruments 3. Lathes and other basic machine shop equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Lifting up to 50 lbs continuously
• 3 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with machine set-ups using different dies and tooling will be required.
