Check route sheet for job information & quality data recording Gather parts Check gas lines, torches, pilot lights, oxygen & nitrogen tanks Position tube in jig Braze joints per print specification Remove brazed part, dip in water, and place in pan Completed parts are placed in tote and moved to wash area May require lifting totes to 40 lbs. May require team lifting May require forklift or pallet jack to move / reposition parts Resume Required Lifting up to 40 lbs.
