Summary We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team at PakFab Engineered Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients’ specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to maintain high standards. Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Assist in the assembly of components as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Laser Operator or similar role in manufacturing. Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machining processes. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with plasma cutting techniques is a plus.
