We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assembly Workers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting. As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in fabricating and assembling products while ensuring high-quality standards for a fast growing auto manufacturer in Springhill, TN.

Duties:

Fabricate and assemble products according to assembly line specifications
Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance
Collaborate with team members to optimize production and improve workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace risks

Requirements:

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line with attention to detail and quality control
Capability to lift heavy materials safely as needed
Excellent teamwork skills and commitment to meeting production goals
Flexibility to work various shifts as required
