As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products while ensuring quality standards are met. Duties Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications on the assembly line. Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow. Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace. Requirements Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control. Capability to lift heavy materials as needed, adhering to safety practices. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving production goals. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production demands.
