Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Begin each workday with a positive attitude by encouraging each employee to meet their daily and weekly goals. Work to develop a sense of “team” in the service and rental department and across other departments.
• Clean and wash all equipment coming from the service department prior to delivery to the customers.
• Ensure machines brought back to our rental department are inspected, cleaned, and fueled in a timely manner to enable the machine to be rented again as soon as possible. Report all service issues or repairs needed to Service Manager.
• Ensure/perform routine greasing and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Maintain lot appearance and cleanliness.
• Unload inbound trucks and ensure all products are received accurately and without damage or shortage.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and make management aware of any risks.
• Assists in the assignment of work based on the priorities established by management.
• Maintains quality control on work performed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with agricultural, construction and turf equipment preferred

Working Conditions:

• All weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Workshop and outside setting.
• Repetitive bending and/or kneeling.
