The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of technical specifications, quality control measures, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment according to established guidelines. Utilize GD&T principles to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Program and set up machines for production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that products meet industry standards. Collaborate with team members in the factory to manage inventory and materials effectively. Experience Previous experience having good work tenure in any type of industry Previous experience in Manufacturing, Farming, Construction, or any other type of hard manual labor is preferred. Must present themselves well in front of others. Be able to articulate what they have done at previous employers Ability to stand up to 12 hours at a time Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally and up to 50lbs.
