Job Summary:

Process Technicians for Non-Woven material production line are responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Position requires data entry, machine monitoring, troubleshooting, quality control, and strong attention to detail.

Job Details:

Day Shift – 7:00AM-7:00PM or Night Shift – 7:00PM-7:00

AM Full-Time:

Fixed 2-2-3 rotation Pay starting at $20-25/hour , depending on education and experience Holidays worked are paid double time

Complete Operator Training, assist with updating Operator training and assist with training others Maintain a working knowledge of the sequential Control Logic that oversees the operation of the line Starting Up the machine Coordinating and performing housekeeping/rework functions Must have good knowledge of computers as job entails data entry reports Know quality standards and perform and document quality checks Perform routine maintenance procedures Perform required steps to complete size and product changeovers Perform proper procedure to safely clear jams in all equipment Cleanup work area and help others clean their areas if needed Perform other related duties as determined by management Must continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job Plastics production line multistory machine Job requires climbing stairs, machine readings, machine maintenance Occasionally there may be lifting up to 50 lbs. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Associate Degree or equivalent required Associates or degree/certificate from Technical Institution or Trade School preferred Requires at least 5 years of machine operator experience Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays, when scheduled Must be able to stand for 12 hours, do frequent walking, climb stairs throughout the shift, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a hot environment and handle exposure to high temperatures Must be willing to submit to drug screen & background check upon hire
