Exterior Summary The purpose of this position is to safely manufacture high-quality products to specifications while meetingexceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions, such as building, door pull, glass pull, and palletizing. Duties and Responsibilities Ability to work as part of a team. Safely assist in manufacturing of high-quality materials, while exceeding palletizing. Ensure products ordered meet specifications and have no damage by the due date. Operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. 1-3 year warehouse experience, preferred. Ability to work with a team Fork lift experience a plus. Physical Demands You will be standing, and walking, for a large part of the day. Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch. Work Environment The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to heights; regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat related to weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud in some areas. Travel This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
