Extruder operator
Position Functions:
Set up and operation of Extruder / UHF line / Automatic cutter. Perform and record measurements of part dimensions and check for aesthetic appearance. Read and diagnose errors from machine display. Blocks release of faulty parts and units as instructed. Saves and loads tool data / tool files to the memory system. Cuts profiles according to print Records inspection data as required. Achieves company standard times and scrap levels. Ensures proper supply of material to the workplace, including rubber compound material. Packaging of semi-finished and finished goods in line with production order and packaging visualization. Maintains safe and cleans production area. Educational Level for
Position:
High school or GED equivalent Preferred, but not required, experience in the following areas: Rubber Extrusion and vulcanization processes Setting & calibrating machine parameters Reading & understanding technical drawings, calipers, rulers, and metric system Basic knowledge of mechanics, machinery & equipment Independent and solution-oriented philosophy Penchant for quality
