PM Job Summary:

Personnel Placements, LLC is looking for Machine Operators to join our1st shift team at our plastic molding manufacturing facility in Collierville, TN. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machines used in the molding process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production rates. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts for various customer orders. Monitor production processes and machinery to ensure machines are running efficiently and safely. Inspect parts for defects or quality issues and take corrective action when necessary. Perform routine machine maintenance and clean-up to ensure machines are in optimal working condition. Ensure that production targets are met, and report any machine malfunctions to the supervisor. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Keep accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and any quality issues. Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company policies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. BR6
