Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Fiber Nonwovens Manufacturing Operator for our client in Johnson City, TN. $15 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Load and operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Perform quality control checks to ensure that products meet specifications and customer requirements Log production progress throughout the shift to track efficiency and quality metrics Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance as necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days a week (7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm – 7:00am) Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a team environment This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering competitive pay rates and the potential for permanent placement with the company.
