Machine Operator Objective:

Machine Operators at Mullican Flooring are responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of production lines, conducting quality checks, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as assigned by management.

Machine Operator Essential Functions:

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work night or day shifts as assigned. Perform basic math and understand complex instructions. Work with precision equipment. Identify and resolve problems, defining issues and root causes. Attention to detail. Ensure machines produce quality products through periodic checks. Lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long hours, and follow instructions with precision. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Machine Operator Competencies:

Teamwork Orientation Technical Capacity Machine Operator Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Machine Operator Physical Demands:

Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequently lift and/or move items up to 75 pounds.

Machine Operator Hours:

1st Shift – 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Monday-Friday Machine Operator Pay & Benefits:

Competitive Hourly Pay – $17.19 and higher
