Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly/Fabrication Operator to join our team in Sparta. If you have a background in manufacturing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fabricate parts and components with precision Follow detailed blueprints and technical instructions Operate various machinery and tools safely and efficiently Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in assembly or fabrication Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
