Job Summary:

Inflatables-R-Us is seeking motivated and physically strong individuals to join our event setup team! You’ll assist with loading, unloading, and setting up inflatable bounce houses, water slides, and party equipment at events throughout Rutherford and surrounding counties. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a fun, fast-paced environment. No driving required — just a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading/unloading inflatables and equipment Set up and take down bounce houses, slides, and tents Roll, bag, and move inflatables Follow safety procedures during setup Communicate clearly with team members and customers Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs Must have your own reliable transportation to/from work Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in hot weather Availability Friday through Monday is required Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
